The only solution for the moment that i found its to install 3.48 Calibre version, that works with less freeze same on OS Catalina that on OS Monterey (which i install again on Mac). Anyway the last reason that i left in my mind was that the books before 2 years ago (when i installed Calibre) was more then 7 in my virtual library (actually 32 books). I am confuse, maybe it freeze in past and i didn't pay attention? Mmm i'm not sure that i leave this problem. Then i tried a strong solution: go back at OS Caterina on my Macbook Pro, when Calibre works perfectly: the problem still happens. I put off all the others software of third parties, but no fix at the problem (they was 2 software, which i thought before were meaningless). I disinstalled and the same freeze while using Calibre happens. Later almost 20 days, i can bring those informations about the issue of my case.įirst i thought that was my antivirus (as third software) that create some problems (its name is "Bit Defender").
